CnP Transaction --> Transaction Result

Hi all,

I built a WFR on the CnP Transaction object and that fires when Transaction Result = Declined. Unfortunately, the WFR didn't work. SF Support says that since Transaction Result is a hidden field, the WFR won't trigger the WFR Actions.

If I edit the Page Layout for the CnP Transaction object and add Transaction Result, will I break anything?

You need to make that filed visible under Create >> Objects >> C&P Transaction >> Transaction Result >> View Field Accessibility. However, we have made that change for you.

Please check now and let us know if you find any issues.
