Hello, I do not receive the emails that are generated when a transaction is completed using C&P. I have tried putting a personal email in to see if we were having a problem with our email server, but still did not receive the emails stating a transaction had been completed. Spam folders have been checked on both email addresses as well. Our Org ID is 00DA0000000amYQ and I have granted access. Thank you

We reviewed your account and found that the emails listed for notification is not separated with semicolon which is the reason notification didn't get you. However, we have fixed that.
Please test now and let us know if you still don't receive the notification emails.Regards,

I should have mentioned that it has been tried with both a semicolon and then just a comma and I still don't receive the emails.Comment

Would you please let us know where exactly you have placed the email addresses to get notification? Also, please share the latest order number for which you are expecting to get notification email and provide the initial four characters of the email addresses?

I have my email in multiple places. Account Info-receipt email info. Please note the first two email addresses in that string are separated by a comma and both addresses receive email notifications. My email is also found on the 3rd party SF eVT error notification and on my user profile. I am expecting a donation of 8/25/2017, recurring ID 186595, first 4 of the email is slbe.Comment

The reason they are receiving the notification emails because they are listed in other places in a correct format. Since it has been separated by comma it won't fire the notification emails from Account Info section.
Regarding eVT, that only applies if the eVT connection broken due to password change or expire, the notification email will be sent to the email address listed under that notification list.
However, I have corrected that with semicolon, moving forward you will receive notification emails for all transactions.
