The contact that's associated with the donation. There's only one contact in that household. Would the alias be in another contact that's not associated with the donation?
Please note that if the contact didn't exist in the Salesforce instance it will create the contact and that will be the main contact record, next time if this contact come in with different address with the same First Name, Last Name and Email (according to match mode and match fields) in that case Alias will be created under this contact.
We found NO other Contact with this name in your instance except the contact in the question. As expected it has been created new contact and the donation attached to the contact.
