Error loading C&P Virtual Terminal page in sandbox

When I click into the C&P Virtual Terminal tab in sandbox, I get this message:

Invalid long:
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)

I've granted C&P access to OID 00Dc0000003w6pb. What could be wrong here?
