  • Error message when processing temporary Contacts in full sandbox

    I am trying to test the Temporary Contact merge process in a full sandbox, but whenever I select a Contact to merge to and click "Process" I get this first error message listed below.

    After speaking with C&P support they suggested I go to C&P Settings>Maintenance>Self Healing and select "Auto re-process C&P Data errors". When I tried that, I got the second error message listed below.

    It is some sort of APEX error - do I have to do something special to make C&P work in a sandbox? What is going on here? Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Would you please grant us login access to your Sandbox instance and share the Sandbox OrgID? Also, let us know the temp contact in the question and you would like to merge with.

      I am unable to grant login access to this org, but I figured out this may be caused by our Click and Pledge Account not being linked to the sandbox. We will not be linking it to the sandbox, so you can close this thread.
