  • How do I Setup custom payment types for use in Connect Forms?

    I would like to add a custom payment type (something like "Pay by Check" to a donation form which allows the donor to check out without paying and mail a check to the organization. It's like Invoice or Purchase Order checkout. The only place I could find to define a custom payment type is Virtual Terminal Settings, but the payment type doesn't appear as Payment Method option in the Connect form details. Is there a way to do this?

    Sorry that is not an option for the Connect forms. The only way is to do that is from Virtual Terminal.
