Name on Card

Spoke to Amanda on Monday during office hours about this and don't want this issue to get lost...

I can't seem to accurately map the "Name on Card" field to a custom Contact field. I've tried every permutation I can think of with that field -- all the different capitalization combinations.

We really need this to speed up our Temp Contact processing during a VERY busy donation season.

Since the NameOnCard is NOT custom parameters, it cannot be mapped through Custom Question mapping. You may accomplish the above through workflow but NOT through C&P Custom Question mapping.

I'm not sure I understand.

If the "Name on Card" field is contained within the XML data field, how would I access it in a WFR?

Name on Card is used in Transaction Object as "Account Holder's Name" and from there you may get it in your workflow.
