  • Problems with recurring donations posting

    You have recently updated us to current C&P versions for SF, thank you. We have 2 monthly recurring donations that stopped posting to SF after the April 2017 posting and we have been posting them manually. Now that we are updated I am receiving the following error message and am unsure on how to correct the situation without causing duplicate records of donations. Click image for larger version

    I am the new SF admin for our organization and I am new to SF. Our admin has been handled by several people over the last few years and I am unsure and not confident that the recurring payments have been set up or maintained correctly. Any help with this is appreciated. I have granted access and our Org ID is 00DA0000000amYq. Thank you!
