{!CnP_PaaS__CnPRecurring__c.CnP_PaaS__Full_Name__c} not merging into email alert

Hi all,

We have a WFR and email alert set up in Salesforce which is triggered every time a CnP Recurring record is created. The email alert contains the merge field
{!CnP_PaaS__CnPRecurring__c.CnP_PaaS__Full_Name__c }

However, the field never merges into the email templates that are sent to donors. Any idea why?

Those fields doesn't contain any values which is the reason it doesn't appear into email templates. In the next release those fields will be deprecated.
