Unable to connect Click & Pledge to Salesforce Sandbox

In C&P Connect, I am trying to establish a connection between C&P and my Salesforce sandbox. I've confirmed the login URL and org ID are correct and I have installed the API Class Library, but I keep on receiving the message:

Sorry but we are unable to detect any of our Salesforce applications in your instance. Please install the API Class Library before establishing connection: Get it Now

I have granted C&P 7 days' access to my sandbox organization, OID - 00Dc0000003w6pb
