    C&P Data files are getting deleted when the Temporary Contact is mapped

    AMoore is processing temporary contacts, she gets an error, and then it goes away. This process seems to be deleting the C&P Data file while it is processing the transaction. We do not have a copy of the error.

    Please review to help us understand what is going on. The Opportunities are sometimes not getting created.

      Hi Amanda,

      Temp contact get deleted upon mapped is expected behaviour. However, while reviewing we found that they are many versions behind for which support ended on March 20. Please take permission from them to upgrade their instance and review the issue.
