  • Issues making a donation

    Hi - one of our donors tried to make a donation on July 12th. She was getting an error saying the donation had not gone through, so she ended up donating 3 times. Can you look into what would have caused this error? Also, our dev team received an email saying here had been an error posting to Salesforce, with the reason being "Insert faled. First exception on row 0; first error: UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW, unable to obtain exclusive access to this record or 1 records: 003E000000ZPdSPIA1" - this was for Order #: 29440-1707120908515561008

    Can you let me know a) what was causing the error for the donor, and b) what caused the SF sync error?

    The order number in the question seems to be fixed already. The reason for that error is updating of record in asynchronous form. However, we noticed that you are couple of versions behind for which support has been ended. If you allow us, we will upgrade your instance with latest versions.

    Regarding the error while trying to donate, would you please share the link URL of the donation page as well as the share exact error message they see or attach screen shot of the error message so that we can review it?
