  • Emailed Receipts

    We have a membership form in a visualforce page connected to PAAS. I've created custom receipts and figured out how to change the settings so that the system doesn't send duplicate receipts. I'm not sure how to change that for the visualforce page. Right now I am receiving 2 copies of every receipt. I only need one copy to the customer and one to me.

    The visualforce page is called membershipapplication (https://healthyteennetwork.my.salesf...66G0000001qg5v) and is connected to the default receipt.

    Are you receiving same receipt template for a transaction or both are different? We see you have Autorepsonder setup for membership.

    Is this receipt template you are expecting to get?

      I am receiving duplicates of the same membership receipt that I set up in the Connect Portal. It's the default receipt because I didn't know how to connect a campaign to the visualforce form. The autoresponder message does not get sent to me, only the person who filled out the membership application.

            Good day @Allison

            We reviewed and found that the following transactions from Maria M**** order#23663-1707051007057229501 and 23663-1707051007118939501 seems to be duplicate transactions which occurred only 6 seconds apart so I think that is unintentional, which is the reason they and you received TWO receipts.

            We found that it has been from FaaS form. Please review your FaaS form and disable the submit button to prevent double charge.

              Yes, I know that it was a double submission. I think that was user error. But I received 4 receipts from those 2 transactions.

                  Good day @Allison

                  Our technical team has been investigated and concluded that the Organization may get the duplicate receipt in some special cases. However, we have updated the system so moving forward you should not get the duplicate receipt in any case.

                  Please check and let us know if you see any duplicate receipts.
