Temporary Contacts Tab and Page Problems after upgrade to Version #: 9.1703090007

Our instance was upgraded to Version #: 9.1703090007 on about 5/24. With a SysAdm profile the Temporary Contacts Tab and Page works just fine. With a more restricted profile we have some problems.

At first the Tab wasn't visible and I changed that. Then the user got an error: "The Value "null" is not valid for operator '>'. Are there other things that need to be changed or unlocked? The Org ID is 00DA0000000Yx1t and I have granted access to you. Please let me know what I should do or if you need anything else.

We have permission sets included with the package. You may assign the below permission set to the user who you want give access to process the temp contact.
