    I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but we got the following error when trying to process a donation through the Virtual Terminal in Salesforce.
    Error Code 2052
    Transaction Result Xml Error
    The 'urn:APISchema.xsd:ShippingCountryCode' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'NormalizedString' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.
    Is there something we need to do to fix this from happening again? It worked fine when we put the credit card just through our website donation page.

            I received the error again (attached). However, I decided to try setting up the State/Country database in C&P Settings (this customer had not set that up previously), and was then able to successfully complete the transaction in the VT.

            Seems like it's now required to sync that database??

            Anyway, all fixed here.
