  • All recurrings getting "out of sync"

We are still developing/testing our Salesforce configuration. We created a bunch of recurring donations that were set to be processed today, but all of them have the "the recurring chain is out of sync" message. When I tried to re-port the transaction from C&P connect, I get "There was a problem processing your request" without any further details. There is nothing in C&P Data as a record of the attempted transaction.

I have granted C&P access to our system. Salesforce org ID is 00D7A000000DFPD.

    Thanks

    Good day @seedsysdev

Would you please share couple of order numbers of the recurring transactions in the question so that we can review it?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

      Absolutely:
      Recurring ID: 268078, 266569, 268031

That's just three examples, but all of the recurrings that were supposed to be processed on June 15 did not work. Thanks for your help!

        Good day @seedsysdev

We reviewed the above recurring's and noticed that those have been processed using test card namely, 4111111111111111 (4 and 15x1's). Please note that transactions which processed with the test card won't process the installments.

TEST transactions post to an entirely different server and they never settle. A TEST transaction simply authorizes & disappears forever.. no traces of it will be left anywhere and nothing about it settles.

Hope that answers your question. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

I wondered if that was the reason. Thank you for clarifying.
