Is it possible to update (change) the account of a transaction using Salesforce flows? We need to reassign a transaction to a different account if certain conditions exist.

I suppose I should have added "if so, how?". I have tried doing this through flows and changing the account on a C&P transaction does not actually make a change. Similarly with trying to do it manually, you can edit the C&P Transaction and choose a different account, but when you click "Save', the changes are not retained. E.g.
- Donation comes in from "Smith Household" account
- Flow gets triggered
- Flow changes the account on the C&P Transaction to "Acme Inc"
This does not work currently. The account on the C&P Transaction remains as "Smith Household". Is there a way to make the change happen? If so, how would we do that?

We see what you are referring to and we are reviewing the best way to update the Account name on the Transaction Detail page.
As of now you may update the Account name at corresponding Contact to update at C&P Transaction Detail page.

Sorry, could you please re-state your last post? You said, "As of now you may update the Account name at corresponding Contact to update at C&P Transaction Detail page." That doesn't make sense to me.

Yes, you will need to update the Account name under the respective Contact associated with to get updated in C&P Transaction details page.
Sorry but as of now that is only the way we found to update the account name and as stated we are reviewing the best ways to update that.Regards,
