When we refund a transaction through C&P, the Stage of the related Opportunity in Salesforce gets updated to Closed Lost, which is expected behavior. However, the Primary Campaign Source also gets deleted from the Opportunity. Is this also expected behavior in C&P? Is there any way to turn this off, as we want to preserve the relationship to the campaign?
We don't have any other processes, workflows, or triggers in our system that delete the Primary Campaign Source under any circumstance, and this only happens with C&P refunds.
