My C&P software was recently updated (I think it was 3 revs out of date but I am not sure) and now I can no longer see C&P Temporary Contacts in the Salesforce1 app for iPhone and iPad. Since I use those methods to process the new donations quite frequently, this presents a problem for me. Although I have located a place on Salesforce to customize the Salesforce1 app, it does not show the C&P Temporary Contacts as an option to add to the app.
