Temporary Contacts Mailing State Error

When I try to convert certain temporary contact I'm getting the following error:

• Mailing State/Province Code: Mismatched integration value and ISO code for field
• Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION, Mismatched integration value and ISO code for field: [MailingStateCode]---243-------(CnP_PaaS)
