• Refund not in Salesforce - 17514923797438862978

    Hi,

I 'issue credit' in NPSP for this transaction 17514923797438862978, and it shows in Connect that it's cancelled. But in NPSP, it's still showing received. It's been over 1 hour since i 'issue credit'. Shouldn't the status in NPSP changed to 'refunded'? Login has been granted.

    Thanks
    Monica

    Good day @mjokiman

What field in NPSP you are referring to?

However, we reviewed and found that the opportunity stage is NOT updated to Refunded because the Credited data didn't posted to SF. When we try to post the data, we received the below error which is due to the flow you have in Process Builder: "Offline Recurring Donation. Set Record Type":

"Upsert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: CANNOT_EXECUTE_FLOW_TRIGGER, The record couldn’t be saved because it failed to trigger a flow. A flow trigger failed to execute the flow with version ID 30141000000R5PP. Flow error messages: An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow
An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information. Contact your administrator for help.: []"

Please review the above flow and re-post the data by clicking on "Repost" button under C&P Data of the respective record.

Thank you. We will look into that process builder. How are you able to determine which Process Builder is causing the error? We couldn't identify it. Also, did you delete the transaction in NPSP? Because it's in the recycle bin. I've restored it and will repost the data once we're able to fix the Process Builder.

      Thanks.

        Good day @mjokiman

We have determined through "debug log" by re-posting the above order number. Please note that re-posting the data will delete all footprint of the transaction from the instance and recreate them which is the reason you see that in recycle bin.

Please review the following Process Builder and re-post the data and test it: "Offline Recurring Donation. Set Record Type"
