C&P Alias

This Org's integration - 00D46000000XoXH - doesn't seem to be creating alias records. Is there a setting that I'm not aware of?

here's an example from a recent donation - https://na40.lightning.force.com/one...=1494628458170

I've looked at the info in both lightning and classic and don't see the records.

We reviewed and found the TWO Contact Alias records for above Contact "Chris T****" :



Would you please share the order number of the transaction for which you think didn't created the Contact Alias record?

Hmmm... I wonder why they show up on my records, but not others. Here's a id - 24191-1705101633539716812 and order number - Transaction-0018. The alias is not showing up for this record, Courtney Daikos.

We reviewed and found that the reason for NOT creating the C&P Alias for above order number because the user who processed the temp contact doesn't have permissions to his/her profile to create/modify the C&P Alias.

Please see:

USER: Katrina E*** processed the Temp Contact:



The profile for user Katrina E*** is: DNDA Development



Which doesn't have permissions on C&P Alias object:



Please edit the above Profile and include the following permissions to the C&P Contact Alias object: Read, Create, Edit, Delete
