  • Cannot Connect Click and Pledge to Salesforce

    I'm writing on behalf of Save the Storks Salesforce org: 00Do0000000HaH0 C&P Org: 35757

    Today all of the gifts between C&P and SF stopped working for some reason. When I tried to reconnect/Verify in Connect for them it gave me this error:
    "Sorry but we are unable to detect any of our Salesforce applications in your instance. Please install the API Class Library before establishing connection: Get it Now"

    However, both applications are installed and active.

    You have access, and if you could please re-post all of the gifts that didn't go through as well if you figure out what the issue is!

      Hi, You are correct! Mailchimp used all of our API thus locking us out. We have addressed that issue. Is it possible for you to bulk - repost all of the transactions for us?

        To follow up for you on the previous comment. Have you established a system for us to mass-repost yet? I know back in January your team had mentioned you were working on it. If not, we have roughly 300 transactions between 5/12 and 5/15 that have not be posted to Salesforce, either through an error caused by our previous API issue, or the connection being disabled after that. I would love your help to get these reposted for Save the Storks. Thanks!

          We can post them for you if you want. At the moment the feature is not yet available but we have the mass post feature in our system that can do this.

          Do you want us to post all failed transactions between 5/12 - 5/15?

          Make sure that the autoresponder is not active when we post if you do not want autoresponders to go out for those old transactions.

              Just so we are not responsible for the start of World War III - Please provide the following:

              - C&P Account Number
              - Start Date
              - End Date

              Posting 300 transactions to a wrong account is not my idea of fun the next day.

                  You also have a lot of transactions dating back to 7/29 that have not posted. Do you want those to also post?

                    It appears that all of the transactions that errored prior are listed as "fraud" so my guess is that they didn't go through and are not a priority. If I remember correctly, we had a mass reimport of previous data around that date and have everything up to speed at this point. Just move forward with the most recent date please.

                      How are the transactions posting? We have pushed them all and they are in the queue to be posted. They should be showing up soon if not already.
