    Hi!

    I'm having trouble with auto-responder when someone makes a donation and they end up in temp contacts. For example, they make a donation and have a new address or contact information that should go in the merge fields. As soon as manage the temporary contact the auto-responder automatically sends the thank you letter and I am unable to go in and edit the information from the alias. So the auto-responder letter goes to the wrong (out-dated) address.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Good day @Friends of Manual

    You may select the conditions for sending the Autoresponder, You may set it to be sent delayed or on a specific day so that you will get enough time to edit the information.
