Auto Creation of Contact and Accounts

Hi There

We are using automatic creation of contacts and accounts for our Salesforce Donor Management. Both contact and account should have a specific record type (C&P Online) that we have defined in the C&P settings.

This works perfectly when the payments are made through credit card. But if a transaction is processed through virtual terminal, this record type is not defaulted on new contacts and accounts.

is there any way we set things up that contacts and accounts created through virtual terminal are also defaulted to C&P online record type?

For all these, i changed the record type to C&P online later. Unfortunately, I don't have a case where the record type is still wrong.

You may need to include below condition under C&P Settings:

If WID is: (leave it blank)

WID stands for Window ID which is the page identifier. It is a unique number set for the page.
