Need to create a new contact - error message from Temporary Contact

Hi, for this order #: 36448-1705070223144241796 the contact is in the Temporary Contact. I do not want to associate this contact with an existing contact because the first name is different even though all the rest of the information matched (address, and email). But when I clicked on the create new contact and process, it gives me this error: Error:

Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATES_DETECTED, You're creating a duplicate record. We recommend you use an existing record instead.: []---239-------(CnP_PaaS)

Is there a way to create this as a new contact?

We reviewed and found that you have duplicate rule at NPSP package: https://na35.salesforce.com/0Bm41000...DuplicateRules

In order to process the temp contact you need to deactivate the above rule.
