Importing existing recurring donors

We have existing monthly donors that are processed through Chase Paymentech that we want to move into C&P. Is there a way to import those donors into C&P Recurring Transactions? Thank you!

Our premiere support department handles this. the following steps:

• Please engage our premiere support at: https://clickandpledge.com/premier-support
• The premiere team will provide you with a public key file allowing you to share with Chase Paymentech. Using this key the previous processor will encrypt the file so we are the only people that can view it.
• They will provide you with the SFTP access so the data may be uploaded either by you or your processor.
• Once we have the file our team will be able to review & work with you so it can be uploaded in Salesforce using the batch processing feature of the C&P Virtual Terminal.

Please note that premiere support is a fee based support and requires active engagement of a support engineer for the duration of the import.
