    I've granted access and org id is:00Dj0000001qidP

    In this transaction, (order # 30880-170420113135303) the redemption of Discount Code: FS17SPN15 did not:
    1) Populate the SKU and Description on the Invoice (which really should be a receipt)
    2) Did not increase the Field Label: Membership End Date/API Name: npo02__MembershipEndDate__c to a year from the date redeemed.
    3) The Opportunity Stage is "Prospecting" instead of "Closed Won"

    Can these be resolved with C&P's assistance?

    Would you please share the link URL of the page from where the above transaction has been processed?

    1. We are not populating the SKU in any of our receipts.

    2. What do you mean by "Did not increase the Field Label:"? Do you mean increasing the End Date for above field?

    3. Opportunity Stage are depends on the settings which defined under C&P Settings >> Opportunity >> Stage. The order number in the question has been processed from Custom Payment: Purchase Order and as such you need to add the "Purchase Order" in Custom Payment Type Transactions with the stage: Closed Won

      1. Correction: The SKU description is not displayed. Normally the reciept shows "Donation"
      2. When a transaction is processed in which an amount is charged, the redemption of the code triggers Salesforce to update the Membership End Date field.
      3. Is it possible that this was "reset" to the default or something? I don't know that that has been the case all the time, as I wasn't here for implementation. Forgive me, I'm a novice but is "Closed Won" the same as "Posted" (image attached)?

        Would you please share the link URL of the page from where the above transaction has been processed?

        1. What do you mean by SKU description? we show the following details in the receipt: Item/Payment info, Tax, Quantity, Tax Deductible..etc. Not sure what else you are expecting to display on the receipt.

        2. Regarding the the Membership End Date, if I understand your question correctly, you would like to update the Membership end date to a year. If that is the case, you may use the Custom Mapping under C&P settings and set them accordingly:

        You may Map it based on SKU or otherwise through Custom Question Map as well.

        3. Opportunity stages maybe set accordingly. We noticed that you have already created the stages but those are inactive Please see the below:

        You may create/activate those and define the stages under C&P Settings > Opportunity > Stage.
