Our Salesforce users are not able to see the C&P Temporary Contacts page in order to import the click & pledge online contributions. I have reviewed the field level security permissions to ensure they are set to see everything. I cannot figure out what I am missing. Administrators can obviously see the C&P Temporary Contacts, but I do not want to make the users into administrators just so they can import transactions. Can you please provide some guidance on this matter? Thanks!

You may assign the Permission Set for Temporary contact ONLY.
