Information Needed
To help us with upgrading your instance please make sure to:
Attached is an example of eReceipt that our donors are receiving along with our custom receipt from autoresponder.
We would like to disable this eReceipt. Please let us know how we can do that
You may stop sending the generic receipt by updating the settings under Account Info. Please follow the steps below:
Login to https://portal.clickandpledge.com >> Account Info (top right corner) >> scroll down to "Do Not Send Receipt" >> Edit >> Mark the check box and Update, it will stop sending default receipt.
Please note that the above only applies to the donor & not the receipt to the organization. Organization always receive the copy of the transaction no matter whether do not send receipt on/off.
