Transactions not creating Opportunities

Can you help me troubleshoot this issue. C&P is granted access to this client's org. The Org ID is 00DA0000000Zquy.

Some transactions are coming in as authorized but not creating opportunities. I've linked a report that client shared with us.

We reviewed and found that some of above order numbers doesn't have C&P Data exist and it seems that some one in your organization have deleted the C&P Data as well as the opportunity for above order numbers.

However, we have fixed the issue with above order numbers.
