  • Images on Receipt

    Hi there

    While using the C&P designer, we put in an image on the top of the receipt. We tried both the options:
    1. Upload image directly - where it says - The action you performed was invalid for your session. Please refresh your page and try again.
    2. Upload through web address - we uploaded the image as document in both folders Click&Pledge as well as C&P email files. It did not work either way by copying image address through the document folder.

    Please help

    May I know the version# of C&P PaaS installed in your instance? The above issue has been already addressed in the recent release. Please see the release note: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...s-enhancements

      Hi. We are using 9.7010

      Before we upgrade, i would like to ask - Would there by any post upgrade steps for us to perform?

        Yes, there are but you don't need to worry about, we will take care of that.

        Please grant us login access and share the OrgID so that we proceed to upgrade.

            We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.

            It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.
