Argument cannot be null - unexpected error (Invoice Virtual Terminal button)

Hello. I've tried the "Invoice Virtual Terminal" button on several different contacts, and receive the following message each time:
"Argument cannot be null.
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)"
