Updated Credit Card info reverting to old info in Recurring payments

  • Updated Credit Card info reverting to old info in Recurring payments

    We use C&P Connect -> Manage Recurrings -> edit/update -> change payment method to add new credit card information to the record. Each time we do it and save, it reverts to the old card information. This has been occurring since middle of last week. Can you fix or redirect us as we have several payments on hold.

        Good day @Clareodo

        Strange! Reviewed the above order numbers and didn't find any change. We tested in our test instances with test card as well as with the real card but unable to replicate the issue. Please see if you may use different browser and check with updating the card?

        Immediate workaround: You may also Authorize the card with $0 in Virtual Terminal by loading the same Contact through lookup and use that card as reference transaction for updating the recurring card information.

            We tried using Firefox and that was successful, however Chrome is our preferred browser. Any ideas on why it stopped processing these transactions?

              We have tested in the following Chrome version# 57.0.2987.133 and found NO issues. It seems to be the issue with your browser cache. Please clear your browser cache and test it.
