New C&P Accounts Not Showing Up in SF

  • New C&P Accounts Not Showing Up in SF

    Good morning.

    I'm finding that even after I connect new C&P accounts to my Salesforce instance, they're not showing up as connected accounts in Salesforce. They donations are making their way in to Salesforce but I can't use the Payment-As-Service Virtual Terminal in Salesforce because the new C&P accounts aren't showing up there. I'm connecting them with a share connection with C&P account 26808 (Victory NF Depository).

    The C&P accounts that aren't showing up that I'm concerned with are numbers 37803 (VF Georgia PAC) and 37908 (Tammy Baldwin SuperPAC 2018). My SF org ID is 00Di0000000aYw3 and I've granted 1 week of support access.

    We reviewed and found that the direct Account#26808 is not Connected:

    However, we noticed that you are many versions behind which we don't support anymore. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with latest versions of our apps.

      Hello! Thank you for your help with this -- that was the problem (I'm not sure how that account got disconnected). Please do upgrade us with the latest versions -- is it possible for that to happen today?

        We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.

        It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.
