    Would you please share the OrgID and grant us login access to the above organization: nfcb?

    Please note that we DON'T update Contact Record Types. The reason you may see the different date and time for the Contact record because we are doing Analytics and update the Contact stats. The Analytics update is scheduled for 3am and other than that we don't have nor we are aware of any job scheduled for contact records.

    However, the test transaction which we have processed on last Friday through C&P Virtual Terminal with the name Account Verification, still doesn't change the Contact Record Type. OrID: 00DU0000000XpxX Contact:<https://na48.salesforce.com/0030B000020Xqd0>

    In order to test it, you may disable the Analytics under C&P Settings and see which app is updating those records. We don't update the Contact Record Types.

      There was a new event registration yesterday - Sallie Bodie. Following that registration, her Contact Record Type was changed to C&P Online.

      I've disabled the C&P Analytics. I've removed Contact Record Type Setting under C&P Settings (although the documentation says that this is automatically disabled when using the Salesforce NSPS)

      I just ran an event registration for myself and it did not change my Contact Record Type. I have printed the listing of all of the current contacts that have C&P Online as the record type and will check that against the next registration that comes in and report back.

          We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.

          It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.

                My organization just had another batch of recurring donations come through and all of the donors' contact record types were automatically changed to "C&P Online" again.

                  Three of my four clients that were having issues are fine, but on one, the recurring donation clients that came through today changed to C&P Online for the record type. When I looked further, the two other record types - Organizational and Individual are gone and all of the contacts except the 36 that now have C&P Online as the record type have been changed to blank as the record type. The client ID is 33537 and the SF ID is 00Do0000000e6Y2. You have login rights

                    We reviewed your instance settings for Contact Record Type and found that it has been set to "Master":

                    In this case, if the Default is Master and if the following didn't satisfy the condition then the blank Record Type will assign for the Contact:

                      Actually, that is not the issue. After I posted this, I looked further and the issue is that there were three different record types for Contacts, but the Record Types Organizational and Individual are no longer there. That is why the default is set to -Master-, becuase these to record types were the ones that should be used. As I said, this is not true of any of my other clients.

                        I am bit confused. What do you mean by "no longer there"? Is someone in your Organization has been deleted those record types?
