I manage multiple accounts. I have set up autoresponders for them all back in July. All of a sudden today, none of the transactions for a particular account are sending autoresponders and I cannot figure out why. The connection between C&P and Salesforce seems to be good, and I see nothing in the sample of transactions that I have looked at to indicate any reason that one would not go. And becuase it is happening to EVERY transaction for that account, I am concerned. Is is possible to have someone look into it for me and see if there is something I am missing.
