    Hi C&P!

    We received the following error after manually entering a credit card donation:

    "Apex script unhandled exception by user/organization: 005d0000005eMoq/00Dd0000000gsEP

    Visualforce Page: /apex/cnp_paas__CnP_CreditCard_eCheckdetails


    caused by: System.NullPointerException: Argument cannot be null.

    Class.CnP_PaaS.CreditTransactions.<init>: line 302, column 1"

    The transaction went through alright, but the redirect for the user went to this:



    Any ideas on how to fix?

        Strange! Would you please share the exact scenario/steps you have taken in order to replicate the issue? Also, please share the order number of the transaction.

          Hi there,

          So any credit card transaction we process redirects the user to that error. The transaction goes through fine but I tested it on the 411111111111 card with my own name and it looks like Salesforce doesn't have anywhere to go. It is a managed package by our external SFDC consultants so I'm thinking it might be an issue for them.

          As long as the transactions are going through, it's not an immediate problem - merely an aesthetic one!
