  • Autoresponder for Virtual terminal

    Hi,
    How would I set up an autoresponder for a donation that comes through the Virtual Terminal? Not sure what the checkout page # is and it won't send with a SKU.

    Also, when we preload the info, it changes US to Afghanistan. Can that be fixed?

    What do you mean by won't send with a SKU? do you have any order number which didn't fire the responder which include the SKU?

      I mean that when I typed the SKU (I used 1111) and had it set up in the autoresponder to send when OR SKU=1111, the autoresponder still didn't fire.

        We don't have access to your instance. Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce account and also share the Autoresponder name you are expecting to fire?

        We noticed that you are version behind. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with latest versions of our apps which as been released on last Monday:

            We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.

            It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.

              Hi,
              Our autoresponder is still not firing for donations received through our Virtual Terminal. The form builder ones are being sent. Is there a WID for the Virtual Terminal? That's how it's set up for the form builder pages.

                    We reviewed and found that there are TWO responders with that template name and both doesn't satisfy the condition. We noticed that there is NO such condition for SKU in those Autoresponders.

                    The order number in the question has been processed through Custom Payment Type: Invoice. In order to fire the Autoresponder that condition also needs to be satisfied.

                      Ok-- I don't have it set up with SKU for any of the other autoresponders. Does the Virtual Terminal have a checkout page WID? That's how I would prefer to set it up.

                        WID for VT is "0". Please note that all the conditions you define in a Autoresponder needs to be satisfied in order fire the Autoresponder.
