We noticed one of our C&P Connect account stopped sending transactions to Salesforce in February. So, I tried to reconnect it to Salesforce, then it says "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." and won't let me connect it to Salesforce. We didn't change any settings recently, so it is very weird suddenly it stopped the connection. I need this to be resolved as soon as possible since our autoresponders haven't been firing more than a month.
How do I restasblish the connection? I haven't checked with our other accounts on C&P Connect, but I will check them now.
