I had spoke with Kamran about this issue during an Office Hour's session and said I would post when the issue happened. So the issue is when I'm using the virtual terminal in Salesforce and I'm entering info on a new contact. I choose the state from the dropdown list and when I go to process the new contact in temporary contacts the state will be lowercase. I have attached a word doc with a screenshot of the issue. Michigan in the picture is michigan.
