Processing temporary contacts problem

When a temporary contact is processed the contact information from C&P (first name, last name, address, phone) is not populating the existing record Salesforce.

Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce account and share the Org ID so that we can login and review whats going on? Also, please share the ContactID/Order number of the contact which you are referring to.

We had a donation come in yesterday. Here is the temporary contact: https://cnp-paas.na11.visual.force.c...type=&cnp_act=

You will see that there is an existing contact in Salesforce with a matching email. If you merge the two the contact details from the transaction will not be copied to the existing contact.

OK. I know what to do. The information is captured in the C&P contact alias. We just need to copy it to the contact.

Yes, that is correct. In our earlier versions we have use to overwrite the contact information but on public demand we have add the feature to create the Alias instant of overwriting the data, this way we save all of the data. If individuals wants, they may manually overwrite the Alias information to the main contact.
