In a customized version of Salesforce we use Apex programming to match donors to their Salesforce Lead or Contact records in order to avoid dupes and handle Account and Contact creation if donors are not found in the database (we have particular record requirements that work best if we create the Accts and Ctcts). We also rely on the bridge data for generating donation records. Recently, in one organization/instance we discovered a missing donation. The donation made it into Salesforce in the C&P Data table but it was missing from the Bridge data. What are the circumstances that would make this happen? Why would the data be in the PaaS data table but not the Bridge? Thanks!
