Trouble getting AutoResponder to work

I just set up AutoResponder using the instructions in your article section (https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...-autoresponder) and I just can't get it to work. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Please help!

Good day @Friends of Manual

It seems that the conditions were not the same for Autoresponder when the last transaction processed. We have reposted the last order number and it fired the Autoresponder.

Moving forward if you find any issues, please let us know so that we can review it.
