Hi Everyone,
I am new to Salesforce and Click and Pledge integration, so please when writing an answer back please break you answer down in simplest terms as possible.
I am having problems mapping my Salesforce fields to Click and pledge and now they are not populating into my Salesforce fields.
I was told by Click and Pledge support is a customized gravity form. I have no idea what this is if some one can explain what that is, it would be great.
In this gravity form how would I go about customizing these fields.
Secondly, when customizing fields in Click and pledge for Salesforce what does it mean by "Condition" and "SKU" and also "Custom text" as it relates to custom fields in Salesforce, I'm extremely confused by this. where would I get SKU numbers for the fields in Salesforce.
