We use the donation and event management and recently began using SKU's to differentiate products, events and donations. However, when I log in to connect and add the SKU field to our reports, it creates duplicate transactions. I have no idea why. Any ideas?

Those are not duplicates but are the details of a transaction. If you notice for the order# 1702040540334034628 it shows the details of Item, Discount, Shipping, Convenience fee and tax which is the reason you see one order number multiple times.
