  • Unable to Look Up Contact in Swiper1

    Hi, we are using Swiper1 with a connection - have gone through the steps listed here: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Swi...tion_%28option and are still unable to use Swiper1 to look up a contact in Salesforce at this time. We are only presented with the option to 'Add New Contact' and the button to look up the contact in Salesforce is missing.

    We are using the Swiper1 app on an iPad running iOS 9+. This is also connected to a sandbox environment (testing Swiper1 right now).

    Happy to add more detail if needed.

      Okay - I've re-established the connection. I see the 'New Contact' box but not the look up. If we enter the transaction into Swiper1 and the contact exists in Salesforce (based on email) would it just push the transaction in using the email as the primary key or would it try to create a new contact in Salesforce? In testing it looks like it will attach the donation to the right contact if the emails match (that's what matching we use).

        We reviewed and able to see the "Contact lookup in Salesforce" button. Would you please check now and let us know if you find any issues.
