Error messages

Hello - one of my clients is getting a bunch of error messages that look like this. Can you shed some light on how I can help them fix it? This is account # 34781 and I have granted login access.

We reviewed your instance and noticed that the issue is with Primary Campaign Source. ENTITY_IS_DELETED, this error will occur if we try to process a transaction on a record which is already deleted.

In your case, we have noticed that you have set a condition under C&P Settings >> Opportunity >> Primary Campaign Source with <If is Recurring> on Transaction Campaign(7010B000000yF5iQAE) but the transaction Campaign is deleted. See screen shots:



To resolve this, you need to remove the setting over the deleted campaign under C&P Settings >> Opportunity >> Primary Campaign Source and re-post the transaction by clicking on "Repost" button under C&P Data of respective order number.

We noticed that Self Healing is enabled under Maintenance, you may simply remove the deleted campaign from the settings and rest will take care by Self Healing: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/2084057

However, we noticed that you are version behind. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with latest versions of our apps.

We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.

It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the Connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.
