I receive an error report each time someone completes a paid transaction with our organization stating that I am attempting to create a duplicate record. Is this because we still have our legacy click and pledge portal?
I'm attempting to slowly transfer all of our donations and events to the new click and pledge portal and salesforce event management. I would like to begin using the new portal for our general donations, but am concerned about receiving the donations after receiving error reports with each transaction.
