    Hi,
    It looks like our contacts haven't been mapped to accounts in Salesforce. Can you please let me know how to make that happen again?

        The reason for not creating the account is because of the settings which you have set for Contacts & Accounts under C&P Settings:

        The above two contacts are new in your instance and based on the settings as highlighted in the above image it won't create the accounts for new contacts.

          I got all this set back up, but now am having a problem with the autoresponder. I tested it twice yesterday and it worked, but when actual donations come through for our sustaining and installment members, it is not working.

          The example from last night has the email address.
          [email protected]

          Would the problem be associated with how accounts are being processed? Thank you!

                Good day @laurenvelardi

                We reviewed and found all the conditions satisfy and there is NO reason for not firing the Autoresponder for above order number. We have re-posted the above order number and it fired the Autoresponder now.

                It seems that the settings were NOT the same as it is now when the above transaction has been processed.

                However, moving forward if you find any issues with Autoresponder please let us know.

                    We just had two instances when the autoresponder should have fired and it didn't.
                    Order numbers are:1702150905172543128 and 1702150707166835885

                      We reviewed and found that the default settings for Autoresponder are NOT defined which is causing the issue. However, we have set those settings for you. Moving forward it should fire the Autoresponder.

                              We have identified the issue. We found that when the indefinite recurring process from Temp contact, Autoresponder failing to fire the email. However, it will be addressed in the next release.

                              As of now you may need to send the Autoresponder from Transaction Detail page:
